Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions below will become legally binding to the Client where the invoices have been received by the client, and the related deposits have been paid. The client hereby acknowledges, consents and confirms to having read the contents of the below terms and conditions and therefore understands the obligations and implications of these terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I accept the technical advice given to me by the Vendor relating to the service and/or repair of my property.
2. I accept the Vendor's estimated costs to perform diagnostics, including disassembly of property.
3. I accept the Vendor’s estimate for costs of service and parts, on condition I receive a written estimate and accept.
4. No additional service may be performed or parts provided without my express consent.
   

GUARANTEE POLICY

We Issue a 3 months guarantee on labour and a 6 month guarantee on parts.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept cash/card payments and we reserve the right to withhold vehicles until funds reflect in our  bank account should you do an EFT payment.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Please remove all valuables from your vehicle. Vehicle only released upon payment. Storage Costs of R285.00 per day will be charged for vehicles not collected within 5 (five) working days of completion. All vehicles and contents left in our custody are parked, stored and driven at the vehicle owners risk. I accept the above conditions and authorise you to do the wort listed above at my expense and to supply and replace such parts and materials including oil and fuel which may  be necessary to complete the wort set out above. I agree to the scale of charges as derailed on the schedule displayed in the workshop office for inspection.

GENERAL TERMS

Although every care and precaution is taken, we do not accept or take responsibility for the safety of any vehicle or article therein, nor for any damages to the vehicle or goods however caused, nor for any injuries to any persons whatsoever. All vehicles are parked, in their respects, at the risk of the driver or owner thereof and persons entering these premises do so at their own risk. We will not be held liable for any hail, theft or other damages that may occur while vehicle is parked at the premises.

If the vehicle is not collected within a period of seven (7) days from the date of the invoice, interest and storage fees will be charged. Vehicles will be sold if not collected within three (3) months from date of invoice to cover costs. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been made.

ALL QUOTATIONS ACCEPTED WILL REQUIRE THE PAYMENT OF A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE WORK IS COMMENCED.
